BUX Podcast 90: An Interview with Jake Levirne from Yesware

I originally learned about Yesware in a Forbes.com article and started using the free version right away. I found the online tool to be incredibly useful in our sales process and felt that other people needed to know how this tool could make then better sales people.

I wrote a review of the tool titled How To Close More Sales Using Yesware Email Tracking and that lead to us getting Jake Levirne, VP of Product and head of Customer Service at Yesware on today’s podcast. Thanks again, Jake!

Yesware is a Google Chrome and Firefox add-on for Gmail that serves as a valuable email tool for sales professionals. It’s valuable because it allows you to:

  • Find out who opens your emails and clicks on links in your email
  • Easily create, use and share email templates
  • Sync emails to your CRM (Salesforce)
  • Get insights on for individual sales people and teams

It was great chatting with Jake about how Yesware got started, how they help sales professionals and how they are incorporating user feedback into their development process.

Jake says there are a lot of features, including a mobile component, on the horizon for Yesware.  Ben and I are looking forward to checking back with Jake in a few months to see how their 200,000 user base has grown and what new features have been added.
